Colour Coating Line is used in Continuous Galvanizing Lines and Continuous Annealing Lines.

This line pre-coats metal strip at high production rate providing better protection of metal surface and resistance to environment conditions.

The Colour Coating Line lines continuously coat HR, CR, and galvanized steel with a variety of coatings.

The CCL or Colour Coating Line can be supplied as independent line or combined with in-line galvanizing process.

The coating is precisely applied to both sides of the strip, which can be coated simultaneously with either the same or different type of coating.

The coating is applied through advance application and baking of coating materials onto metal strips .

The continuous galvanising line's goal is to give steel sheets a zinc coating on their surface to improve their corrosion resistance. The zinc coat thickness can be controlled in a wide range of ways.
